If I am not satisfied with my Menē item, can I return it for a refund or merchandise credit?

What happens once a Return is being processed?

Once your Return is approved, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be emailed to you. Securely package and return your jewelry and Certificate(s) of Authenticity, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. Your Return will be assayed within 7 days

Will gift cards and/or discount codes used in an order be refunded for Returns?

Gift cards are always refunded when an item is returned. Discount codes are only extended for Returns to Menē Credit.

When can I expect to receive my refund for a Return?

I paid import taxes to receive my order. Can I get a refund of the import taxes paid?
