If a Menē piece has been gifted, the item must be transferred to the recipient's account via email. Navigate to My Collection in your Menē account dashboard, locate the item you wish to transfer, and click Transfer. Then follow the instructions.

The gift recipient must have an account and accept the transfer in order to complete the process.

Once the transfer is complete, the recipient will be able to track the value of their gifted piece and initiate a Return or a Buyback.
