If I am not satisfied with my Menē item, can I return it for a refund or merchandise credit?Updated 7 days ago

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for merchandise credit (Menē Credit) within seven (7) days of receipt via the My Collection section of your Menē account.

If you return your product for a Menē Credit refund, you will receive a merchandise credit for its full value. If you return your product for a refund to the original payment method used for your order, you will receive a refund for its full value minus a 10% restocking fee.
