If I am not satisfied with my Menē item, can I return it for a refund or merchandise credit?Updated 19 days ago

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, please initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Navigate to My Collection in your Menē dashboard, locate your item, and click Return under the item you wish to return, then select Menē Credit or Original Payment Method. Returns to the original payment method are subject to a 10% restocking fee off of the total price paid for each item.

Select the address where you would like to ship your return, and the desired credit type, and click Process. You must review and accept the Return Terms and click Process again to proceed. The Return is successfully initiated when you receive the following modal notification: Success! Your Buyback is being processed.
