Once your Return is approved, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be emailed to you. Securely package and return your jewelry and Certificate(s) of Authenticity, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. Your Return will be assayed within 7 days of receipt by Menē and the refund will be issued to your selected method.

After 7 days, items will not be accepted for a full refund or credit. They may be sold back or exchanged for their metal value less a Buyback fee of 10%.
