Does Menē offer any payment plans or financing?

Menē offers financing through Affirm for qualified customers in the United States and Afterpay for customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Does Menē sell gift cards?

Menē gift cards make a perfect gift for that special someone. To purchase a gift card, click here. Purchased gift cards are issued by email within 48-72 hours of the order being placed.

Can I place an order over the phone or via live chat?

For security reasons, we are not able to place an order on your behalf. Please feel free to give us a call or live chat with us so that we can help walk you through the ordering process.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

It is not possible to make changes to an order once it has been placed. The order may be cancelled so that you can place a new order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please reach out to Customer Care.

How do I add a cord to my order? How do I tie the cord?

How do I add gift packaging to my order?

What is your cancellation policy?

An order may be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours after receiving an email order confirmation. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped. Menē Harvest

How long does it take a cancelled order to reflect on a credit card or bank statement?

Refunds and authorization voids can take up to 10 business days to reflect on a statement. Please contact your bank or credit card company for refund or authorization void information specific to your case.

What is Crafted-on-Demand?

A Crafted-on-Demand item is made just for you when you order it. Most pieces ship within a week, but those that require extra artisanship ship within 2 weeks. When an item is Crafted-on-Demand, a note will appear on its product page. Like in-stock it

How are Crafted-on-Demand products priced?

Crafted-on-Demand items are priced by gram weight, based on the weight of the item as manufactured during the design process. Weights of Crafted-on-Demand pieces can fluctuate by up to 1 gram per design.

Can I order Crafted-on-Demand product and in-stock products together?
