An order may be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours after receiving an email order confirmation. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Menē Harvest plans may be cancelled at any time. Payments made up to that point will be refunded less a 10% fee on each payment.

Orders paid by bank deposit, cryptocurrency and gift card can only be refunded to Menē Credit.
