Orders cannot be held for pick up at a courier depot.

Are there any shipping addresses you do not allow?

We do not ship to post office boxes, post offices, courier depots, mail forwarding companies, hotels, or FPO/APO/DPO addresses due to shipper restrictions.

What if I'm not available to sign for my order?

The courier will attempt to deliver a package three times. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us. To arrange a reshipment of your order, please reach out to [email protected].

Can I select a time for the delivery of my order?

We aren't able to schedule a delivery time for your order. Tracking information typically includes a delivery estimate. We recommend shipping to a location where someone is available on weekdays to sign for the delivery.
